The City of Sioux Falls, SD, requests formal bids for the Water Purification Utility Maintenance Building Addition.

Sealed bids shall be received by Purchasing, Third Floor, City Hall, 224 W. 9th St., P.O. Box 7402, Sioux Falls, SD 57117-7402, not later than 2 p.m., January 30, 2014. Bids shall be publicly opened and read in City Hall, First Floor, at 2:15 p.m.

The City of Sioux Falls reserves the right to reject any or all bids, waive technicalities, and make award(s) as deemed to be in the best interest of Sioux Falls, SD.

A pre-bid conference will be held on January 23 at 10 a.m. at the Utility Maintenance Building, 668 West Algonquin St., Sioux Falls, SD.
