The City of Sioux Falls, SD, requests formal bids for 2nd Ave. from 10th St. to 3rd Ave. Improvements.

Sealed bids shall be received by Purchasing, Third Floor, City Hall, 224 W. 9th St., P.O. Box 7402, Sioux Falls, SD 57117-7402, not later than 2 p.m., March 27, 2014. Bids shall be publicly opened and read in City Hall, First Floor, at 2:15 p.m.
