Notice to Bidders: Water Reclamation Facility—Heat Exchanger Replacement

The City of Sioux Falls, SD, requests formal bids for Water Reclamation Facility—Heat Exchanger Replacement.

Sealed bids shall be received by Purchasing, Third Floor, City Hall, 224 W. 9th St., P.O. Box 7402, Sioux Falls, SD 57117-7402, not later than 2 p.m., September 25, 2014. Bids shall be publicly opened and read in City Hall, First Floor, at 2:15 p.m.

The City of Sioux Falls reserves the right to reject any or all bids, waive technicalities, and make award(s) as deemed to be in the best interest of Sioux Falls, SD.

A pre-bid conference will be held on September 18, 2014, at 1 p.m., at the Water Reclamation Facility, 4500 N. Sycamore Ave., Sioux Falls.
