The City of Sioux Falls, SD, requests formal bids for Downtown Area Street and Utility Improvements—Main Ave. from 10th St. to 11th St. Road Diet. Sealed bids shall be received by Engineering, 1st Floor, City Hall, 224 W. 9th St., P.O. Box 7402, Sioux Falls, SD 57117-7402, not later than 2 p.m., September 3, 2015. Bids shall be publicly opened and read in City Hall, 1st Floor, at 2:15 p.m.
