The City of Sioux Falls, SD, requests formal bids for Removal and Installation of Floor Coverings at the Washington Pavilion.
To participate, you must be registered as a vendor in Mercury Commerce. Register at www.esmsolutions.com. It takes approximately 24 hours to process the registration. Therefore, after you have registered, contact Purchasing at 605-367-8013 or email at firstname.lastname@example.org to receive this invitation for bid. Bids will be electronically submitted through Mercury Commerce and will be received by Mercury Commerce not later than 2 p.m., Central time, November 3, 2016. Immediately thereafter, they will be opened and read at 2:15 p.m., Central time, City Hall, 1st Floor, 224 W. 9th St., Sioux Falls, SD 57104.
It is the vendor’s responsibility to check the Mercury Commerce website for any changes or updates to the Invitation for Bid, which will be in the form of an addendum posted to the Mercury Commerce website.
Telegraphic, fax, email, and hand-delivered responses will not be accepted unless specifically authorized in the terms and conditions of the solicitation.
The City of Sioux Falls reserves the right to reject any or all bids, waive technicalities, and make award(s) as deemed to be in the best interest of Sioux Falls, SD.
