The City of Sioux Falls, SD, requests formal bids for 2019 Washington Pavilion Exterior Building Improvements.

Sealed bids shall be received at the Customer Services Counter—Ground Floor, City Hall, 224 W. 9th St., P.O. Box 7402, Sioux Falls, SD 57117-7402, not later than 2 p.m., April 25, 2019. Bids shall be publicly opened and read in City Hall, 1st Floor, at 2:15 p.m.

The City of Sioux Falls reserves the right to reject any or all bids, waive technicalities, and make award(s) as deemed to be in the best interest of Sioux Falls, SD.

A pre-bid meeting will be held on April 22, 2019, at 1:25 p.m. at Architecture Incorporated, 415 S. Main Ave., Sioux Falls. A walk-through of the project will follow.
