The City of Sioux Falls, SD, requests formal bids for Melanie Tower and 57th St. Water Tower Rehabilitation.

Sealed bids shall be received at the Customer Services Counter—Ground Floor, City Hall, 224 W. 9th St., P.O. Box 7402, Sioux Falls, SD 57117-7402, not later than 2 p.m., February 27, 2020. Bids shall be publicly opened and read in City Hall, 1st Floor, at 2:15 p.m.

The City of Sioux Falls reserves the right to reject any or all bids, waive technicalities, and make award(s) as deemed to be in the best interest of Sioux Falls, SD.

A MANDATORY Prebid Conference will be held on February 20, 2020, at 1 p.m. at the Water Purification Plant Auditorium, 2100 N. Minnesota Ave., Sioux Falls, SD. Attendance by prospective bidders or their designated representatives at the Prebid Conference is a prerequisite to bidding the project.
