Sealed bids shall be received at the Customer Service Counter, Ground Floor, City Hall, 224 W. 9th St., P.O. Box 7402, Sioux Falls, SD 57117-7402, not later than 2 p.m., September 7, 2023. Bids shall be publicly opened and read via Webex at 2:15 p.m. You may join the bid opening virtually by utilizing information and links at siouxfalls.org/purchasing.

A pre-bid meeting is scheduled for Wednesday, August 30, 2023 at 2:00 p.m. at the project site 301 S. Main Avenue, Sioux Falls, SD 57104. Interested bidders should park on the street (note most parking is metered), enter the main lobby, and assemble in the south area of the lobby.
