The City of Sioux Falls, SD, requests formal bids for Orpheum Building Improvements: Interior Lobby and Restroom Remodel.

Sealed bids shall be received at the Customer Service Counter, Ground Floor, City Hall, 224 W. 9th St., P.O. Box 7402, Sioux Falls, SD 57117-7402, not later than 2 p.m., September 14, 2023. Bids shall be publicly opened and read via Webex at 2:15 p.m. You may join the bid opening virtually by utilizing information and links at siouxfalls.org/purchasing.

The City of Sioux Falls reserves the right to reject any or all bids, waive technicalities, and make award(s) as deemed to be in the best interest of Sioux Falls, SD.

There will be a pre-bid walk-through of the project on Tuesday September 5, 2023, at 11:30 AM. Interested bidders should gather in the main lobby of the Orpheum Theater. This is an important meeting for prospective bidders, but it is not a mandatory prerequisite to submitting a bid.
