Request For Expression of Interest: Riverfront Triangle Letter of Interest

The City of Sioux Falls (the “City”) is seeking letters of interest by those organizations and individuals who may wish to pursue a development opportunity in downtown Sioux Falls at 120 East Ninth Street (see image on next page). As a regional and national leader in economic development, retail sales, health care, manufacturing, financial, and business services, as well as quality of life, Sioux Falls is one of the fastest-growing Midwest American cities. A recently adopted downtown plan and market study show the unique opportunity for continued and supported economic growth in downtown Sioux Falls.
