Request for Proposal: Riverfront Triangle RFP

The City of Sioux Falls, SD, requests proposals for development at 120 E. 9th St., the Riverfront Triangle.

Proposals shall be received by Engineering, 2nd Floor, City Hall, 224 W. 9th St., P.O. Box 7402, Sioux Falls, SD 57117-7402, not later than 2 p.m., December 3, 2015. Proposals shall be publicly opened in City Hall, 1st Floor, at 2:15 p.m.
