Request For Expression of Interest: Concession Operations at the Midco Aquatic Center®

City of Sioux Falls Parks and Recreation is requesting information from those organizations and individuals who may wish to pursue providing and managing concession operations at the Midco Aquatic Center beginning in the fall of 2016. The City invites all interested parties to submit a written response to this Request for Information (RFI).

This RFI is being sought strictly for the purpose of gaining knowledge of concession services and should not be construed as intent, commitment, or promise to acquire services, supplies, or solutions offered. No contract will result from any response to this RFI; additionally, a response to this RFI is not required to participate in any future process.

To better understand the level of interest and opportunities at this site, replies may include responses to the following questions:

• What type of concession operation do you believe would best fit the Midco Aquatic Center?
• What information would you need from the City to be able to submit a proposal?

Information submitted in response to this RFI will become the property of the City. The City will not pay for any information herein requested nor is it liable for any costs incurred by any supplier.
