Request for Proposal: Professional Design Services for Falls Park West and Levitt Shell Improvements

This Request for Proposal (RFP) is issued by the City of Sioux Falls (hereinafter referred to as the “City”). The purpose of this RFP is to establish a contract with a qualified firm to provide professional design services for construction of the first phase, Phase 1, of the Falls Park West Master Plan, which includes a performance venue, festival grounds, and related support facilities.
