Request for Proposal: Construction Manager at Risk for a City-Owned Public Parking Facility With Anticipated Private Development Partnership

 The City of Sioux Falls, SD (City), requests proposals for a Construction Manager at Risk (CMAR) for a City-Owned Public Parking Facility With Anticipated Private Development Partnership.

Proposals shall be received by the Engineering Office located on 2nd Floor, City Hall, 224 W. 9th St., P.O. Box 7402, Sioux Falls, SD 57117-7402, not later than 2 p.m., Thursday, September 22, 2016. The proposals will be opened at 2:15 p.m.

The Request for Proposals for CMAR services for the City-Owned Public Parking Facility is available on the City’s website at www.siouxfalls.org/business.

The City reserves the right to reject any or all proposals, waive technicalities, and make award(s) as deemed to be in the best interest of the City.
