Request for Proposal: Big Sioux Bank Stabilization
Several areas along the Big Sioux River have seen significant erosion over the decades causing significant sedimentation in the river. Many areas between Baltic and Sioux Falls have been addressed by the Central Big Sioux Implementation project in conjunction with the City of Sioux Falls. Some of these sites need additional investigation and other sites have been targeted for stabilization. The City of Sioux Falls is seeking professional engineering services for the design of the non point source bank stabilization along the river banks.
