Request for Qualification: Digital Experience: Website and Content Management System

The City of Sioux Falls, South Dakota seeks a partner to help them enable a robust digital services and experience platform that allows the City to better serve and engage with the community.

The first phase of this program is to replace the existing Content Management System and website. The success of this phase is imperative as it will be the foundation for many of the City's transformation efforts to reimagine a digital front door that promotes increased citizen engagement between City and residents.
