Greg Neitzert (NW)
Greg Neitzert began his public service career in 2011 when he joined the Sioux Falls Zoning Board of Adjustment. He would serve five years and most recently as its Vice Chair. During the 2014 municipal election, he founded and led the Forward Zoning ballot question committee that advocated for the adoption of the Shape Places Zoning Ordinance. In 2015, he served on the Billboard Task Force charged with recommending reforms to the existing billboard ordinance. In 2016, Greg was elected to the Northwest District seat on the City Council.
A graduate of Southwest Minnesota State University, Greg received his Bachelor of Science degree in computer science in 2001. He is a lead software engineer with Unisys, a worldwide information technology company.
Greg and his wife Jennifer are the proud parents of Olivia who attends school within the Sioux Falls School District. He is actively involved in his church, Holy Cross Lutheran, in western Sioux Falls.
