Phase 1

  • Holt Avenue will be closed between 28th Street/Bragstad Drive and Oak Street/Klondike Trail
  • 28th Street will be closed at Holt Avenue
  • Bragstad Drive will be closed at Holt Avenue
  • Oak Street will be closed at Holt Avenue
  • Klondike Trail will be closed at Holt Avenue

Phase 2

  • Holt Avenue will be closed between Oak Street/Klondike Trail and 31st Street
  • 31st Street will be closed at Holt Avenue
  • The north leg of Woodbine Lane will be closed at Holt Avenue
  • The south leg of Woodbine Lane will remain open

Phase 3

  • Holt Avenue will be closed between 31st Street and 33rd Street
  • 33rd Street will be closed at Holt Avenue
  • The south leg of Woodbine Lane will be closed at Holt Avenue
  • The north leg of Woodbine Lane will remain open

Phase 4

  • Holt Avenue will be closed between 28th Street/Bragstad Drive and 33rd Street for the asphalt milling and paving
  • All side streets will also be closed
  • Closures will be limited to working hours
  • The Project Team will provide more information to residents on timing as this phase approaches

Contract Amount: 

$782,025.21

Project Summary:

This project will replace the water main along Holt Avenue due to its deteriorating condition.  Work will also include sanitary sewer repairs, street light improvements, concrete repairs, new accessible curb ramps, and an asphalt mill and overlay.
