Minnesota Avenue Improvements

The city of SIoux Falls is planning to reconstruct Minnesota Avenue from Russell Street to 18th Street South. This project will transform Minnesota Avenue into a lively, secure, distinctive corridor that better serves the community and all who visit. This process will happen in stages-one segment of the corridor at a time. Throughout each of these states, public input will be requested to help shape the project.
