Lien Park Improvements

Beginning on Saturday, October 26, 2019, construction crews will be at Lien Park to perform sidewalk and fencing improvements. The park will remain open during construction. Users are urged to use caution around construction activity.

Weather permitting, this work is anticipated to be completed by November 8, 2019.

Lane Closures - 57th Street

Beginning on Monday, October 28, 2019, the inside eastbound lane of East 57th Street will be closed at the intersection of Greystone Avenue to allow construction crews to perform concrete pavement repairs. Once repairs are complete on the inside lane, work will move to the outside eastbound lane.

One lane of eastbound traffic will be maintained at all times during construction.  Westbound traffic will not be affected by this work.

Weather permitting, this work is anticipated to be complete within one week.

Drivers are urged to use caution and reduce their speed while travelling near the construction area and may want to consider alternate routes.

Lane Closure – Ninth Street

Beginning on Monday, October 28, the westbound lane on West Ninth Street will be closed between Main Avenue and Dakota Avenue to allow crews perform concrete pavement repairs. Westbound traffic will be moved to the center turn lane. Once repairs are complete on the westbound lane, work will move to the center turn lane. One lane of traffic will be maintained in both directions at all times.

Weather permitting, this work is anticipated to be complete within one week.

Sanitary Sewer Repairs – 33rd Street

Beginning on Monday, October 28, 2019, sanitary sewer repairs will begin on West 33rd Street between Anderson Drive and Pritchard Drive. Thirty-Third Street will remain open, however, traffic will be limited to one lane at times, with no on street parking near the work zones.  Also, Pritchard Drive will be closed south of 33rd Street as part of this work.

Weather permitting, work is expected to be complete in approximately one week.
