Lane Closure – Phillips Avenue

Beginning at 8:30 a.m. on Thursday, July 2, 2020, the northbound lane of South Phillips Avenue will be closed between East 12th Street and East 13st Street. Northbound traffic will be detoured on 13th Street to Dakota Avenue.

Architecture Incorporated will be using a lift to perform exterior work to the United States Courthouse.

This work is anticipated to be complete by 4:30 p.m. on July 2, 2020. 

Drivers are urged to use caution and reduce their speed while travelling near the construction area and may want to consider alternate routes.

Lane Closure – Phillips Avenue

Beginning at 8:30 a.m. on Thursday, July 2, 2020, the northbound lane of South Phillips Avenue will be closed between East 20th Street and East 21st Street. A flagger will be in place to maintain two-way traffic.

ABC Supply Company will be delivering roofing supplies with a crane.

This project is anticipated to be complete within two hours.
