Lane Closure – 69th Street

Beginning at 8:30 a.m. on Thursday, July 16, 2020, the inside eastbound lane of West 69th Street will be closed between Shadow Ridge Avenue and Mustang Avenue.

The City of Sioux Falls will be performing utility work. This work is anticipated to be complete by 4:00 p.m. on July 16, 2020.

Drivers are urged to use caution and reduce their speed while travelling near the construction area and may want to consider alternate routes.

Entrance to Rotary Park Closed

Beginning on Friday, July 17, 2020, the entrance to Rotary Park off of East 26th Street will be closed to allow crews to begin raising the existing entrance to its final elevation to match the new 26th Street. The public will continue to access Rotary Park from the bike path and pedestrian bridge crossing the Big Sioux River. 

This work is anticipated to be complete by mid-September.
