Street Closure – 17th Street

Beginning on Wednesday morning, October 14, 2020, West 17th Street will be closed between Covell Avenue and Euclid Avenue. 

Henry Carlson will be working on a building addition for Sanford Hospital. 

This work is anticipated to be complete in approximately 12-18 months.

Drivers are urged to use caution and reduced speeds while travelling near the construction area and may want to consider alternate routes.

Street Closure – Holly Avenue

Beginning on Wednesday morning, October 14, 2020, South Holly Avenue will be closed between West 12th Street and West 13th Street.

Soukup Construction will be installing new utilities.

This work is anticipated to be complete in approximately one week. 

Drivers are urged to use caution and reduce their speed while travelling near the construction area and may want to consider alternate routes.

Lane Closure – 12th Street

Beginning on Wednesday, October 14, 2020, after the morning commute and before the evening commute, the outside eastbound lane on West 12th Street will be closed at Holly Avenue.

VanBuskirk Construction is replacing driveway approaches along with curb and gutter.

This work is anticipated to be complete by the evening of October 16, 2020.
