Lane Closure – West Tenth Street
Beginning on Monday, July 19, 2021, the right turn lane and north sidewalk on Tenth Street will be closed between Dakota Avenue and Minnesota Avenue to allow crews to complete sidewalk repairs. The work is anticipated to be completed in approximately two weeks.
Drivers are urged to use caution and reduce their speed while travelling near the construction area and may want to consider alternate routes.
Lane Closure – West 26th Street
Beginning on Monday, July 19, 2021, the eastbound outside lane of West 26th Street will be closed from Marion Road to the I-29 interchange. The work will include concrete joint repair, curb & gutter repair, and joint resealing.
In the upcoming weeks, the location of the lane closures will vary between Marion Road and Shirley Avenue. At minimum, one lane of traffic in each direction will remain open at all times. Access to businesses will also be maintained.
This work is expected to be complete in mid-October.

Lane Closure – East 57th Street
Beginning on Monday morning, July 19, 2021, the eastbound outside lane on East 57th Street will be closed east of Cliff Avenue, at the Walgreen’s entrance.
Myrl & Roy’s Paving will be replacing the Walgreen’s approach and is expected to take 3 days.

Lane Closure - Marion Road
Beginning on Thursday, July 22, 2021, southbound traffic on South Marion Road from 41st Street to 57th Street will be detoured to Holbrook Avenue while crews perform asphalt milling and paving operations on Marion Road. Northbound traffic will be maintained on Marion Road.
This work in anticipated to be complete in approximately two weeks.
