Lane Closure – 26th Street

Beginning on Tuesday morning, July 20, 2021, the outside westbound lane of East 26th Street will be closed for approximately 300 feet to the west of Veterans Parkway

Alliance Construction will be installing new utilities.

This work is anticipated that work will be complete by July 27, 2021.

Drivers are urged to use caution and reduced speeds while travelling near the construction area and may want to consider alternate routes.

Intersection Closure – 66th Street and Sundowner Avenue

Beginning on Wednesday, July 21, 2021, the intersection of West 66th Street and Sundowner Avenue will be closed to allow crews to install new watermain in the intersection. Traffic will be detoured on 67th Street, Cain Avenue, 66th Street, Anthony Avenue, and 63rd Street.

Weather Permitting, this work is anticipated to be complete in approximately two weeks.
