Street Closure – 60th Street North

Beginning on Monday, November 8, 2021, 60th Street North will be closed between Velocity Avenue and Veterans Parkway to allow crews to perform underground utility work. Traffic should utilize Cliff Avenue, I-90, and Veterans Parkway as an alternate route.

Weather permitting, work should be completed in approximately two weeks.

Drivers are urged to use caution and reduced speeds while travelling near the construction area and may want to consider alternate routes.

Lane Closure – 41st Street

Beginning at 8 p.m., Monday evening, November 8, 2021, the eastbound lanes of West 41st Street will be closed between South O’Gorman Drive and South Sheldon Lane. Eastbound traffic will be shifted into the center turn lane. 

MJ Electric will be performing utility repairs. It is anticipated that work will be completed by 6 a.m. on Tuesday, November 9, 2021, with favorable conditions.

Lane Closures – Sixth Street

Beginning on Tuesday, November 9, 2021, various lane closures will be in place on East Sixth Street from First Avenue to Weber Avenue to allow for bridge inspection. The lanes closed will vary as the work progresses. Travel will be maintained with one lane in each direction at all times.

This work is anticipated to be completed on or before November 11, 2021.

Street Closure – Blauvelt Avenue and Tracy Lane

Beginning on Monday morning, November 8, 2021, North Blauvelt Avenue will be closed to thru traffic just north of East First Street, and closed to thru traffic on East Tracy Lane west of North Leadale Avenue.

Runge Enterprises, Inc. will be working on asphalt repairs in the area and the work is expected to be complete by November 9, 2021.
