Lane Closure – Westport Avenue

Beginning on Wednesday, June 15, 2022, Westport Avenue will be reduced to one lane, just south of Cherry Hill Drive. A portable traffic signal will be setup to alternate traffic through the one lane section.

Mammoth will be working on a new approach.

This work is anticipated to be complete in two weeks.

Drivers are urged to use caution and reduced speeds while travelling near the construction area and may want to consider alternate routes.

Lane Closure - 10th Street

Beginning on Wednesday, June 15, 2022, the outside eastbound lane of East 10th Street will be closed at Fairfax Avenue to allow crews to perform a concrete pavement repair.

The lane closure will move to the inside lane as work progresses. One lane of eastbound traffic will be maintained at all times during construction and two lanes of eastbound traffic will be maintained after 3:30 p.m. 

Weather permitting, this work is anticipated to be complete within one week.

Lane Closures – Sycamore Avenue

Beginning on Thursday morning, June 16, 2022, asphalt resurfacing work will begin on South Sycamore Avenue between 41st Street and 57th Street.

Intermittent lane closures will be setup to shift traffic to allow room for milling and paving equipment. Effort will be made to minimize the length and duration of lane closures and traffic impacts.  One lane of traffic will be maintained in each direction.

This work is anticipated to be complete in three weeks.

Street Closure – Pineridge Drive

Beginning on Friday, June 17, 2022, West Pineridge Drive will be closed to through traffic, between Marion Road and Holbrook Avenue. The outside southbound lane and the northbound left turn lane on Marion Road will be closed at Pineridge Drive. A detour will be in place.

Lloyd Companies will be working on new utilities.

This work is anticipated to be complete by June 21, 2022.
