Street Closure – 17th Street

Beginning on Friday, June 24, 2022, East 17th Street between Eighth Avenue and Ninth Avenue will be closed to allow construction crews to perform railroad crossing improvements.  Motorists should utilize Cliff Avenue, Seventh Avenue, 14th Street, and 20th Street as alternate routes.

Weather permitting, this work is anticipated to be complete within one week.

Drivers are urged to use caution and reduce their speed while travelling near the construction area and may want to consider alternate routes.
