Open to Traffic - Cliff Avenue from 49th Street to 56th Street

Effective this afternoon, September 29, 2022, all lanes on South Cliff Avenue are fully open to traffic between 49th Street and 56th Street with two northbound lanes and two southbound lanes.

Cliff Avenue intersections at Ponderosa Drive, 54th Street, and 56th Street are all open to traffic.

With minor work remaining, periodic daytime lane closures may be in place over the next several weeks.

Lane Closure – 77th Street

Beginning on Friday, September 30, 2022, East 77th Street will be reduced to one lane, just west of Cliff Avenue.

Friessen Construction will be installing new utilities.

This work is anticipated to be complete in one week.

Drivers are urged to use caution and reduced speeds while traveling near the construction area and may want to consider alternate routes.
