Street Closure – Russell Street

Beginning after the morning commute and prior to the evening commute on Tuesday, December 20, 2022, Russell Street will be closed between Minnesota Avenue and Dakota Avenue.

Xcel Energy will be working in the area.

This work is expected to take a few hours during the day. There will be signage and flaggers positioned to detour traffic around the closures.

Drivers are urged to use caution and reduced speeds while travelling near the construction area and may want to consider alternate routes.

Xcel Energy will be working in the area.
