Sidewalk and Parking Closure – Phillips Avenue

Beginning on Tuesday, January 3, 2023, the sidewalk and the first four parking stalls on the east side of South Phillips Avenue, just north of 11th Street will be closed.

Cresten Property Management will be replacing windows on the Shriver Building.

This work is anticipated to be complete by January 27, 2023.

Drivers are urged to use caution and reduced speeds while travelling near the construction area and may want to consider alternate routes.
