Falls Community Health school-based clinics closed January 4

Falls Community Health school-based clinics at Hayward, Hawthorne, and Terry Redlin Elementary Schools are closed Wednesday, January 4, 2023, due to weather. Falls Community Health’s main site in downtown Sioux Falls is open with regular business hours. Contact FCH Medical at (605) 367-8793 and FCH Dental at (605) 367-8022. Falls Community Health patients should call 9-1-1 if they are having a medical emergency.
