Lane Closures – Russell Street & Minnesota Avenue

Beginning on Tuesday January 10, 2023, Russell Street will be reduced to one lane, as well as Minnesota Ave at Russell Street. Traffic may be stopped for up to 30 minutes for several periods while work is completed.

Xcel Energy will be working in the area.

The work is expected to take a few hours during the day. Signage/Flaggers will be positioned to detour/stop traffic around the closures. The work is scheduled to begin after the morning commute, and finish prior to the evening commute.

Drivers are urged to use caution and reduced speeds while travelling near the construction area and may want to consider alternate routes.

Street/Lane Closure – Minnesota Avenue & West First Street

Beginning on Thursday January 12, 2023, Minnesota Avenue will be reduced to one lane, and West First Street will be closed at Minnesota Avenue. Traffic may be stopped for up to 30 minutes for several periods while work is completed.

Xcel Energy will be working in the area. The work is expected to take a few hours during the day.
