2023 Façade Easement Program

The Façade Easement Program is a redevelopment tool designed to support economic development, historic preservation, neighborhood revitalization, and community beautification through the restoration of building façades. The program has helped increase property values and revitalize over 40 buildings in the heart of Sioux Falls since its inception in 2002.

Sioux Falls Planning and Development Services announces that the program has been funded with a $100,000 appropriation. The application period is now open for 2023 façade easement projects, and the application deadline is Friday, April 14, 2023.
