  Sioux Area Metro (SAM) will resume service on snow emergency routes only, beginning at 11:45 a.m. today, Thursday, Feb. 23.

  Due to the snow and wind ending early, Plowing in Zone 3 will begin Thursday after 10:30a.m. February 23, 2023, after emergency routes have been cleared. All streets in Zone 3 will be plowed.
