Lane Closures – East Marson Drive Neighborhood

Beginning on Wednesday, April 5, 2023, contractor will be working on the existing water main in the neighborhood bordered by 41^st Street, 49^th Street, Southeastern Avenue, and Bahnson Avenue. Roads in the neighborhood will be temporarily reduced to one lane with parking restrictions where work is actively taking place.  Lane closures and parking restrictions in any given area will be of short duration and will move daily as construction progresses.

Work will start on Bahnson Circle and will move through the neighborhood generally in the order listed on the project webpage at siouxfalls.org/cathodic-retrofit. The project is scheduled to be complete in July of 2023.

Drivers are urged to use caution and reduced speeds while travelling near the construction area and may want to consider alternate routes.

Lane Closure – Foss Avenue

Beginning Friday, April 7, 2023, the center turn lane on South Foss Avenue south of East 18^th Street will be closed.

One lane of traffic in each direction will be maintained on South Foss Avenue.

Impact Construction will be constructing new homes.

A closure duration of approximately eight months is anticipated.
