Lane Closures – 41st Street and Kiwanis Avenue

Beginning after 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday, April 11, 2023, the outside eastbound lane on West 41st Street will be closed from Kelley Avenue to Kiwanis Avenue as well as the outside southbound lane on South Kiwanis Avenue between 12th Street and 41st Street.

Xcel Energy will be working in the area until the issue is found and fixed.

This work is anticipated to be complete by Wednesday morning.

Drivers are urged to use caution and reduced speeds while travelling near the construction area and may want to consider alternate routes.

Curb, Gutter, ADA Ramp Repairs and Upgrades – Foss Avenue

Beginning on Wednesday, April 12, 2023, construction crews will be repairing damaged curb and gutter as well as upgrading accessible curb ramps on North Foss Avenue between Sixth Street and Arrowhead Parkway. Traffic will be maintained at all times in both directions.

Weather permitting, this work is anticipated to be completed within three weeks.

Lane Closure – Cliff Avenue

Beginning on Thursday, April 13, 2023, the northbound outside lane on North Cliff Avenue will be closed between First Street and Second Street.

MJ Electric will be working in the area.

This work is anticipated to be complete by the end of the day.
