Lane Closure – Terry Avenue
Beginning Thursday, April 20, 2023, the southbound lane on South Terry Avenue will be closed at Westlake Drive. A stop sign will be installed for single lane traffic to pass through.

Friessen Construction will be working in the area. The work is expected to take a week.

Drivers are urged to use caution and reduced speeds while traveling near the construction area and may want to consider alternate routes.

Lane Closure – 10th Street

Beginning on Thursday, April 20, 2023, the eastbound outside lane of 10th Street will be closed from Fairfax Avenue to Cliff Avenue to allow crews to work on sidewalk. 

This work is anticipated to be complete in one week.

Drivers are urged to use caution and reduced speeds while travelling near the construction area and may want to consider alternate routes.


Lane Closure – Minnesota Avenue
Beginning Thursday, April 20, 2023, the outside southbound lane on North Minnesota Avenue will be closed adjacent to the airport parking lots; located approximately midway between East Benson Road and West Algonquin Street.

Soukup will be working in the area. The work is expected to take one week

Street Closure – Rice Street

Beginning on Friday, April 21, 2023, Rice Street will be closed at the intersection of Prairie Avenue and Rice Street to allow construction crews to upgrade ADA accessible curb ramps and the concrete valley gutter.

Motorists should utilize Russell Street, Bailey Street, and Duluth Avenue as alternate routes.

Weather permitting this work is anticipated to be completed within two weeks.

Street Closure – 32nd Street

This has been postponed to Monday, April 24, 2023, due to weather.

Beginning Friday, April 21, 2023, West 32nd Street will be closed between South Ellis Road and South Wheatland Avenue.

Prunty Construction will be working in the area. The work is expected to be complete and the road open by May 4, 2023.
