Street Closure – Western Avenue
The work scheduled for Tuesday morning, May 9, 2023, has been rescheduled to Wednesday
morning, May 10, 2023. South Western Avenue from 37th Street to 39th Street will be closed
from 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. A detour will be in place.
The Sioux Falls Street Division will be performing road maintenance work.
Weather permitting, this work is anticipated to be open to traffic by 3:00 p.m.
Drivers are urged to use caution and reduce their speed while traveling near the construction
area and may want to consider alternate routes.
