Lane Closure – Louise Avenue

Beginning on Tuesday, May 16th, 2023, the outside lanes on South Louise Avenue at the intersection of 41st Street will be closed.

The Sioux Falls Street Division will be performing road maintenance work. Weather pending, this work is anticipated to be complete by 5 p.m., Wednesday, May 17th.

Drivers are urged to use caution and reduce their speed while traveling near the construction area and may want to consider alternate routes.

Sidewalk Closure - 106 South Indiana Avenue

Beginning on Wednesday, May 17, 2023, the east sidewalk, and parking spaces at 106 South Indiana Avenue (Phil’s Pub) will be closed to allow crews to perform a concrete sidewalk repair.

All work is expected to be completed within one week with favorable weather conditions.

Street Closure – Wayland Avenue

Beginning Thursday, May 18, 2023, North Wayland Avenue will be closed just south of East 31st Street North. Homes south of the closure should use North Van Eps Avenue.

Spielman Excavation will be working on new services. The work is expected to be completed in a week.
