Street Closure - Western Avenue

Beginning on Thursday morning, May 18th, 2023, Western Avenue from 26th Street to 33rd Street will be closed from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m.

The Sioux Falls Street Division will be performing road maintenance work. Weather pending, this work is anticipated to be open to traffic by 4 p.m., Thursday, May 18th. There will be a detour made available while the work is being completed.

Drivers are urged to use caution and reduce their speed while traveling near the construction area and may want to consider alternate routes.
