TURBO KICK

Turbo Kick is an aerobic workout that focuses on raising your heart rate and burning calories through boxing moves such as kicks and punches. The class will consist of 45 minutes of cardiovascular workout and 15 minutes of stretching. All levels are welcome. Bring your own towel/mat.

MINDFUL MEDITATION

You will be taken through a series of guided meditations. These meditation sessions will also incorporate techniques such as sound (crystal and Tibetan singing bowls and other instruments), Thai–massage, Reiki, mindfulness, oils, Chakra–balancing, self–compassion, and more. Please bring a towel/mat.

PUMP: BACK TO BASICS

Start your year off with a step in the right direction. This strength training class is an effective way to improve muscular strength and endurance. Use various exercises to increase your metabolic rate by incorporating the fundamental movements of all the major muscles groups.

EXPRESSIVE DANCE

Learn how to listen to your body and how it wants to move. We will express our body, mind, and spirit through various types of movements and music. You do not need any experience, just the desire to move and have fun! Please bring a towel/mat.

HEALTHY COOKING

Cooking at home can be a daunting task, but a rewarding one for your diet and lifestyle (and your wallet). Making small changes in your diet is important to your heart health. If you’re ready to start cooking at home, this 45-minute cooking class, presented by Live Well Sioux Falls with the support from the American Heart Association, will give you the basics you need to make low-cost, heart-heathy meals. Each session will feature a different set of affordable and healthy recipes to give you the basic skills and techniques to get started and inspired and have fun! Registration required.

LADIES’ BOOTCAMP

Our Ladies’ Bootcamp offers a variety of workouts that will keep you in tip-top shape! It’s always a fun challenge, whether you are new to exercise or just getting back into it, you can go at your own pace and work your way up. Anyone can be a part of the program and all levels are welcome. Our boot camp workout will consist of cardiovascular conditioning, strength training, and stretching. Please bring your own towel/mat.

Are you good at catching ping-pong balls on your head, or swinging a slinky from your forehead? Everyone will have fun participating and watching. Fun is what this night is all about. Get your family together and come out for some fun and friendly competition. A great time for all!
