Phasing Plan

Design of Phase 1 will be completed in 2017. Construction of Phase 1 is planned for 2018, with the goal to conduct the first Levitt performance in the summer of 2019. Upon completion of the improvements identified in Phase 1, and observing usage of the festival grounds and performance venue, future development of Falls Park West will be identified and phased accordingly.
