Phillips Avenue, 14th Street to 18th Street

Project Update 9/17/2021 

• The contractor will be completing Phase 2 during the week of September 20th.
• Pavement striping, site restoration, and street lights are the remaining work items at this time.  
• This will be the final web page update for this project as Phillips Avenue is tentatively scheduled to open at the end of next week.

Commuter Route Information: 

• Phillips Avenue is closed traffic from 14th Street to the railroad tracks.
• Phillips Avenue is open to local traffic only from the railroad tracks to 18th Street 
• Phillips Avenue is expected to reopen to traffic at the end of next week.
