Highland Addition Improvements – Phase 3

Project Update 10/21/2022  

• Phase 1: Sherman Avenue 3rd to 4th St re-construction has been completed and the street is open to the residents and to the public. 
• Phase 2: Sherman Avenue from 5th Street to 6th Street re-construction has been completed and the street is open to the residents and to the public. 
  
• Phase 3: Wayland Avenue from 5th Street to 6th Street re-construction has been completed and the street is open to the residents and the public
  
• This is the Last Webpage Update as construction is complete and the contractor will be working on punch list items. 

Commuter Route Information: 

• Sherman Avenue is open to traffic from 3rd St to 4th St
  Residents have vehicle access to their residences as construction is complete.
  Sidewalks are accessible. 
  
  
• Sherman Avenue is open to traffic from 5th St to 6th St
  Residents have vehicle access to their residences as construction is complete.
  Sidewalks are accessible.  
  
  
• Wayland Avenue is open to traffic from 5th St to 6th St
