- The asphalt paving has been placed but some remediation may take place due to deficiencies with the surfacing.
Commuter Route Information:
- Willow Avenue Is open to local traffic north of W 7th Street.
- Future temporary closures are expected to complete asphalt paving.

Project Summary:
