69th Street – Louise Avenue to Medical Court

Overview of 69th Street Construction Project

Update 8/15/2019

  • Traffic has been taken off of the temporary gravel road and put onto temporary asphalt at Beal Avenue to allow the contractor to continue installing the box culvert to the south.
  • Paving began last week from Beal Place to the east.
  • All turn lanes to the south and connections to Connie Avenue, Mogen Avenue, & Beal Place should be complete by August 23.
  • The next phase of construction will move traffic onto the new concrete so the contractor can begin removals on the north side of the road between Beal Place and Connie Avenue.
  • This will require closures of Connie Avenue, Mogen Avenue and Sharon Avenue to the north at times.
  • These closures will be communicated with the public before they happen.
